New system requirements
Web format only
To optimize the new Client Presentation screen in Profiles Professional v9.3, it is recommended that you install Microsoft® Silverlight™. A free download is available at: http://www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight/get-started/install/default.aspx
Desktop format only
Profiles Professional v9.3 runs on Microsoft® Windows XP™, Vista™, and Windows 7™ operating systems. The Microsoft® Windows 2000 operating system is no longer actively supported. As well, Adobe Reader 6.0 is required, at a minimum, for client reports.
