User Services is your 24/7 online resource center where you can access and manage your support services, training services, and user profile information. Find answers to your questions by viewing previously-resolved issues in a Knowledge Base or submitting a Technical Support Request (TSR). Because User Services is a secure Web-hosted application, you can safely and securely upload your client files, and then work with a Technical Support Specialist to resolve your issue.

Technical Support Specialists are available Monday – Friday, from 7:00am to 7:00pm CST.

Holiday business hours apply to Canadian statutory holidays, which are: Good Friday, the third Monday in May, July 1, or the Monday following if on a weekend, the first Monday in August, the first Monday in September, and the second Monday in October. Holiday hours are from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Central Time. Technical Support is not available on December 25, December 26, and New Year's Day, or the following weekdays if any of the preceding fall on a weekend.

To receive service more efficiently, please provide your Technical Support Specialist with your Product Support Number (PSN).
