In addition to telephone support, licensed and trial NaviPlan users can now login to EISI User Services.
EISI User Services
EISI User Services is a 24/7 self-service for NaviPlan users that helps you resolve your issues with NaviPlan software. Issues can be resolved either by viewing previously resolved issues, or by submitting a new Technical Support Request (TSR). Because it is a secure web-hosted application, you can safely and securely upload your client files, and then work with a Technical Support Specialist to resolve your issue.
Search
Specify your issue, and then achieve a number of solutions from a database of previously resolved issues.
My Issues
When you know you've had that question before but can't remember the answer, search your personalized My Issues page, which is a repository of all your Technical Support Requests (TSRs)—even the ones you've submitted by telephone or email. Your TSRs are sorted by issue number. |

Technical Support Request (TSR)
If you can't find what you're looking for, then simply submit a TSR, securely transfer your client file, and a Technical Support Specialist will work with you to address your issue during regular Technical Support hours.
First-time users
To login, you need to enter your Product Support Number (PSN), and password.

My PSN
Your PSN is a unique number that can be found in your NaviPlan software.

NaviPlan Windows-based software :
Go to the File menu, and then select Security . The Security dialog box opens. Your product support number displays on the Authorize tab.
NaviPlan
Offline or Online software :
Go to the Home section – About category – Options page. Your PSN is displayed.
Multiple installations :
If you have multiple NaviPlan products installed (and licensed), you can login using the PSN of any of them. Because each PSN is unique and linked to your NaviPlan license information, EISI User Services knows that they all belong to you.
I don't
have a PSN : Send an email request
for a PSN to psn@eisi.com.
Please include your name, phone number, company name, email address, and the NaviPlan product you are using. The Customer Service department will email you a PSN.

My Password
Your password is created by you.

I'm a new user :
Click either the New User link or tab on the Login screen. You will be prompted to enter your PSN. Once you submit your PSN, EISI User Services will email a temporary password to you, which allows you to login one time only. You will be prompted to reset the password.
Creating a password :
Passwords are case-sensitive, and must have a minimum six characters.

forgot my password :
Click either the Forgot Password link or tab on the Login screen. You will be prompted to enter your PSN.
Once you submit your PSN, EISI User Services will email a temporary password to you, which allows you to login one time only. You will be prompted to reset the password.
