NaviPlan Standard Offline Fact Finders are an easy and convenient way to collect client data. The forms directly correspond to fields in your NaviPlan Standard Offline software.
Fact Finders can be completed electronically using Adobe Reader ®, or printed and completed by hand.
Financial Assessment Fact Finder – simple
Use this Fact Finder to gather high-level information about your clients’ retirement, education, major purchase, and insurance goals.
Financial Assessment (CRC) Fact Finder – detailed
In addition to gathering high-level information about your clients’ retirement, education, major purchase, and insurance goals; use this Fact Finder to capture detailed information about your clients’ RRSP, defined benefit, and Lira accounts including conversion options.
NOTE: If you have Adobe Acrobat PDF Writer ®, you can both save and print the electronically-completed Fact Finder. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat PDF Writer, you can print the electronically-completed Fact Finder, but you will not be able to save it to your desktop.
