NaviPlan Extended CDN Training & Support
Videos
Some Live, Web-Based Training sessions are
recorded for independent viewing. These
audio/visual recordings are then broken up by topic
so that you can either stream or download the sessions
in time-sensitive chunks of information. Each topic
ranges from 15 – 20 minutes in length.
System requirements
Videos must be downloaded to your local hard disk first, and then viewed with Windows Media Player.
If you have any questions regarding the following system requirements, please contact your system administrator.
1. Sound Card
Before downloading the videos, please ensure that you have a sound card. Videos contain both audio and video, which means that a sound card is required to hear the audio track.2. Windows Media Player
This program must be installed and operating on your computer in order to view these recordings. You may need to upgrade to a newer version of Windows Media Player.Download the latest version of Windows Media Player.
3. TechSmith Codec
TechSmith Codec must be installed and operating on your computer in order to view these recordings.Download and install the TechSmith Codec installation program.
